  • Additional services as agreed upon in writing with the client

All services are delivered as described in the quote, contract, or proposal, and timelines may vary depending on client input and project complexity.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Clients are required to pay an initial setup fee as agreed in the project proposal.

  • Monthly fees apply for ongoing hosting, updates, and support.

  • Invoices are due on the dates specified. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is received.

  • Additional services outside the original agreement will be invoiced separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information, including text, images, logos, and other content.

  • Ensuring all supplied content complies with copyright, privacy, and other legal requirements.

  • Responding to communications promptly to ensure project timelines are met.

  • Reviewing work in a timely manner and providing feedback as requested.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional fees, or extended project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs, code, graphics, and content created by Quick Site Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website and its content is transferred to the client.

  • Quick Site Solutions reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Clients retain ownership of their supplied content.

6. Website Functionality & Limitations

  • Quick Site Solutions aims to deliver fully functional websites but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices, browsers, or software updates.

  • While we ensure sites are secure and optimized, we are not liable for issues caused by external factors such as third-party software, hosting disruptions, or user error.

  • Regular maintenance and updates are included in ongoing service agreements but may be limited if additional features are requested outside the original scope.

7. Cancellation, Termination, and Refunds

  • Clients may request cancellation of services at any time.

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed or in progress may not be refundable.

  • Quick Site Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with these Terms and Services, including non-payment or supplying illegal content.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Quick Site Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but commit to resolving technical issues promptly.

  • Clients agree that the maximum liability of Quick Site Solutions for any claim related to services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Quick Site Solutions respects client privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for providing services and communication purposes.

  • We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  • Clients are responsible for the content they upload and must ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.

10. Communication and Support

  • Quick Site Solutions provides support via phone, email, or website messaging during normal business hours.

  • Response times may vary depending on request volume and service level agreements.

  • Support does not include third-party software troubleshooting unless specifically included in the service agreement.
